Starward VPN

Legal

End User License Agreement

The licence for the Starward VPN app. Apple’s conditions for App Store apps are built into the sections they belong to and marked “App Store”.

Valid from 15 October 2026

1. Between you and us

This End User License Agreement (the “Licence”) is concluded between you and M.D.O.S. RESTAURANT LTD (“we”, “us”) and covers the Starward VPN application (the “App”). By installing the App, or simply by using it, you accept this Licence along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

App Store You and we both acknowledge that the Licence is made between you and us alone, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, carry sole responsibility for the App and its content. Nothing in this Licence sets usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Where you may use the App

We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for non-commercial purposes. You may not transfer it to anyone else. The App is licensed, not sold, and we keep every right we do not expressly grant.

App Store The licence covers use on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also access and use the App.

3. What the licence excludes

Except where this Licence, an open-source licence or mandatory law allows it, you may not copy, change, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the App, try to derive its source code, create works based on it, sell, rent, lend or sublicense it, strip out notices of ownership, or use it against the law or our Terms of Use.

4. Open-source software

The App includes open-source components, among them WireGuard, each provided under its own licence. Those licences take precedence over this one for the components they cover.

5. Technical data

Using the App means agreeing that we may receive technical information about your device and the App — such as the iOS and App versions — so that we can provide the Service, updates and support. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is collected.

6. New versions

We may publish updates that fix problems, improve security or add, change or remove features. Older versions may stop connecting once an update becomes necessary. Each update falls under this Licence unless it comes with its own terms.

7. Support and maintenance

Questions and problems can be sent to support [at] mdos-r.com.

App Store We alone are responsible for maintaining and supporting the App, to the extent this Licence or applicable law requires. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

8. If the App falls short

App Store Responsibility for any product warranty, express or implied by law, lies with us alone, unless it has been effectively disclaimed. If the App does not live up to an applicable warranty, you can inform Apple, which will then refund the price you paid for the App, if any. To the greatest extent the law permits, Apple has no other warranty obligation at all with respect to the App. Any other claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense attributable to such a failure is our responsibility alone.

Rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived continue to apply.

9. Claims about the App

App Store Any claim that you or someone else brings in connection with the App, or with your having or using it, is ours to deal with — not Apple’s. That covers product liability claims, claims that the App breaches a legal or regulatory requirement that applies to it, and claims based on consumer-protection, data-protection or comparable laws, including any that concern the App’s use of the HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks.

App Store Should anyone allege that the App, or your holding and using it, violates their intellectual property, the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that allegation are entirely our responsibility, not Apple’s.

10. Sanctions and export

App Store You represent and warrant two things: that you are not in a country under embargo by the U.S. Government or designated by it as “terrorist supporting”, and that your name appears on no list of prohibited or restricted parties maintained by the U.S. Government.

You also undertake to respect the sanctions and export rules of the European Union and any other rules that apply to you.

11. Your other agreements

App Store When you use the App, you must comply with any third-party agreement that applies to that use — your mobile data plan, for example, or the conditions of a network you join.

12. Apple’s right to enforce

App Store You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Licence. From the moment you accept it, Apple is entitled — and is treated as having accepted that entitlement — to enforce the Licence against you in that capacity.

13. When the licence ends

The Licence runs until it is ended. It ends automatically if you breach it, and you can end it whenever you wish by deleting the App from all your devices. After that the App may no longer be used. A paid subscription, if you have one, does not stop with the Licence — cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

14. Responsibility

Section 10 of our Terms of Use applies to the App. This Licence does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Developer

The App is developed by the company below. Questions, complaints and claims about it should be addressed to:

M.D.O.S. RESTAURANT LTD
Flat 1, Protaras, Paralimni, 522 Kavo Gkreko
Strovolos, Nicosia 2003, Cyprus
E-mail: support [at] mdos-r.com

16. Applicable law

The Licence is governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence continue to protect you.
